Step 2: Select ‘Manage Booking’ Option

  • You can see varies option on top of the home page. 
  • Then you select ‘Manage Booking’.

Step 3: Enter your Ticket Number & Mobile Number.

  • Put your Ticket number in the space designated for it.
  • Make sure you typed the proper Ticket number by checking again.
  • Enter your Registered Mobile Number.
  • Click on ‘Submit’, then verify your Bus PNR Status.

For almost 26 years, MST, also known as Morning Star Travels, has offered trustworthy and faultless bus service. In 1981, Mr. Javvadi Sri Hari Rao created it. In 1989, he transferred control of the business to Mr. Ponakala Srinivasa Rao.

From one vehicle to 180+ bus services and over 400 personnel spread throughout 36 branches, including Bangalore, Bapatla, Chirala, Chilakaluripet, Eluru, Gudavalli, Guntur, Hyderabad, Narsaraopet, Tenali, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Narsapuram, Repalle, etc., MST has developed from a single vehicle to a large enterprise.

The concept of introducing luxury on wheels in 2010 with three options—AC sleeper, AC Isuzu Semi Sleeper, and Multi Axle Volvo Buses—was born out of MST’s vision and experience combined.

We have developed a mobile app so that travelers may make reservations while they are on the road, with the goal of improving our system and satisfying their needs. Morning Star Travels began to prioritize expanding both its online and offline service offerings as the number of bus services increased.

In 2014, MST advanced passenger comfort by introducing the most luxurious “Scania Metro link 14.5 meters H.D Buses” to its fleet for the first time in the history of Arizona.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Cancellation Fees if the departure time from the main station is less than 6 hours away
  • 30% Cancellation Fees for Arrangements Made Between 6 and 12 Hours of the Main Station Departure Time
  • 15% Cancellation Fees within 1 to 7 days prior to the main station’s departure time
  • 10% Cancellation Fees within 7 to 15 days prior to the main station’s departure time
  • 10% Cancellation Fees within 15 to 30 days prior to the main station’s departure time

Terms and Condition

The times listed on the ticket for arrival and departure are merely estimates. Although there are some unavoidable factors that can cause delays, such as heavy traffic, bad weather, etc., the bus will not depart the source before the time specified on the ticket.

It is advised that passengers arrive at the boarding location at least fifteen minutes before the departure.Neither Morning Star nor any of its travel partners will pick up customers from their locations unless it is specifically stated on the ticket.

Any accidents or loss of passenger property or merchandise are not the company’s fault.

If a vehicle breaks down or for any other reason outside of the firm’s control, there will be no refunds or delays and no liability to the company.

If there aren’t enough passengers or the vehicle breaks down, the journeys could be canceled or postponed. In such cases, travelers will get prompt email or phone notification, and their ticket purchase price will be reimbursed. On the wayside, no passengers will be accepted. Luggage and baggage bookings are made at the owner’s risk and are contingent upon Morning Star Travel Partner approval.

Tickets purchased from Morning Star may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policies.

There is no certainty that the buses will have air conditioning or video.
