Step 2: Select ‘Manage Booking’ Option

  • You can see varies option on top of the home page. 
  • Then you select ‘Manage Booking’.

Step 3: Enter your Ticket Number & Mobile Number.

  • Put your Ticket number in the space designated for it.
  • Make sure you typed the proper Ticket number by checking again.
  • Enter your Registered Mobile Number.
  • Click on ‘Search’, then verify your Bus PNR Status.

Mr. H Subhodh Ballal established Sugama Tourist in 1977 under the auspices of Anantha Padmanabha Motors (APM). At first, we just ran one bus between Hebri and Kundapura, but we were able to grow our business to new heights through perseverance and hard effort. We currently run over 140 buses on practically all of South India’s busiest routes in an effort to establish our brand as a leader in the private bus operation industry.

We have always prioritized giving our customers pleasant buses, and we were the first in North Karnataka to offer the opulent ACGL coaches. We purchased 20 more buses in less than a year as a result of this raising our comfort level and building our name in the community.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Cancellation Fees if departure from the main station is less than 8 hours away.
  •  50% Cancellation Fees if cancellation occurs between 8 and 24 hours after the main station departure time.
  • 20% Cancellation Fees for One to Three Days Prior to Main Station Departure Time.
  • 10% Cancellation Fees within 3 to 30 days prior to the main station’s departure time.

Terms and Condition

It is required of passengers to arrive at the boarding point no less than fifteen minutes before the planned departure time. Late arrivals will be referred to as “Not Report” passengers, and they will not be eligible for a refund of the ticket price.

The company disclaims all liability for delays resulting from unforeseen events, such as traffic congestion.

There isn’t a Pre/Postpone or Open ticket available within eight hours of the main station departure time. A cash coupon for the whole cost (which is not refundable) with a 23-day validity period will be provided to the customer’s email address in the event of an open, pre- or postpone. During those 23 days, you can use this cash voucher whenever you want to make more reservations.

In the event of an uncontrollable incident, the company reserves the right to discontinue a service immediately. In such cases, the company will either allow a full refund of the ticket price paid by the passenger and will not be liable to them in the future, or it will reschedule the journey for travel on the next service in the same sector, subject to seat availability and without any additional charge based on the passenger’s conveyance. Customers are asked not to cancel their tickets independently in the event of a service cancellation. Should a customer decide to cancel their ticket, it will be handled as a regular cancellation and their refund will be sent in accordance with the terms.

If a trip is canceled owing to a mechanical issue or for any other cause outside of the management’s control, the company will not be held responsible. However, if no other arrangements are made, a proportionate refund of the fare will be permitted. The company will return the money on a pro rata basis in the event that the air conditioning unit fails.
