Paulo Travels PNR status

Step 1: Open the Paulo Travels website –

You will see the Home page of Paulo Travels website.

  • From the search results, you can enter the start (From) and destination (To) areas, then
  • select the Journey date & Return date.
  • Click on the search buses
  • You can see various buses, then select your convenient bus with time and services.  

Step 2: Select ‘Manage Booking’ Option

  • You can see varies option on top of the home page. 
  • Then you select ‘Manage Booking’.
  • It will display View booking, Edit booking & Phone booking.
  • From the search result, you can tap on ‘View booking’.

Step 3: Enter your Ticket Number.

  • It shows enter your PNR number in the form of below
  • Make sure you typed the proper PNR number by checking again.
  • Click on ‘View Booking’, then verify your Bus PNR Status.


  • Enter the correct PNR number.
  • Always double-check the PNR number before clicking on ‘Submit’.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any interruptions during the process.

Terms and Condition

  1. The driver and dispatching clerk should not be harassed by passengers, and any concerns should be directed to the office.
  2. Each individual passenger on the bus is required to tip the driver Rs. 10/-per head in order to motivate the entire bus staff to provide you with better service.
  3. It is advised that passengers arrive at their designated boarding locations thirty minutes early. Passengers that are late will not be allowed to board the bus. The passenger is entitled to a full refund if the bus is delayed for longer than five hours and no other arrangements are made.
  4. One passenger is allowed to carry one child upto 3 years of age, in the arms. No pets allowed in the bus.
  5. Passengers are allowed only 15 kg luggage per person and luggage above it will be charged @ Rs. 5/- per kg., or as per distance.
  6. Please check the time, date & venue before confirming the ticket.
  1. Retain ticket till the end of the journey.
  2. Tickets are not transferable. The management reserves the right to off – load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets & also drunken passengers, without refund.
  3. If there is a breakdown or accident that occurs during a trip and the cause is not within the management’s control, the Company shall not be liable. If an alternative arrangement is not arranged, a proportionate refund of the cost will be permitted based on the distance travelled.
  4. The Management retains the right, in the event of an emergency, to modify, postpone, cancel, or delay the vehicle without providing a reason.

Cancellation Policy

There is no ticket cancelation on the day of travel. The ticket may be cancelled up to twenty-four hours prior to the departure date, resulting in a 20% cancellation fee. Alternatively, the ticket may be kept “OPEN” for a year, in which case the fare difference must be paid.

Following the customer’s request to cancel a full or partial reservation, Paulo Holiday Makers verifies the cancellation policy and starts the refund process. The refund can be made using the original payment method used, a Paulo Holiday Makers coupon, or a prepaid card linked to the mobile number used when making the reservation.

Refunds from Paulo Holiday Makers are processed using the same payment methods that were used to make the original reservation, and processing times range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the banking system.
