Terms and Condition
For all communications with Chartered Bus, use your PNR number. The status of your ticket is confirmed by your PNR number. When checking in, bring an e-ticket printout with you and present it to the bus counter. Bring a photo ID with you; you’ll need it to prove your identity while checking in.
It is required of passengers to arrive at the boarding point no less than fifteen minutes before the planned departure time. Late arrivals will be referred to be NO-SHOW passengers, who will not be allowed to board and will not be eligible for any kind of ticket refund. Chartered Bus maintains the authority to refuse boarding to individuals who are intoxicated, exhibit inappropriate behavior, are seriously ill, or are stretcher-borne, all of which may make the trip unsafe in Chartered Bus’s opinion.
In order to board the aircraft and be eligible for a refund, the passenger must provide a valid e-ticket and a valid photo identity card issued by a government agency for at least one member of the group.
Should there be any roadside malfunctions, we will reimburse the cost pro rata at our reservation desks at the start or finish of the trip. In the event of an end route breakdown, we will not arrange for other travel arrangements. Any audio, video, or air conditioning equipment malfunctions while traveling or in the middle of the trip are not our responsibility.
Pets are not permitted on board this service.
