Step 2: Select ‘Manage Booking’ Option

  • You can see varies option on top of the home page. 
  • Then you select ‘Manage Booking’.

Step 3: Enter your Ticket Number & Mobile Number.

  • Put your Ticket number in the space designated for it.
  • Make sure you typed the proper Ticket number by checking again.
  • Enter your Registered Mobile Number.
  • Click on ‘Search’, then verify your Bus PNR Status.


  • Always double-check the Ticket number before clicking on ‘Submit’.
  • Enter the correct Registered Mobile Number.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any interruptions during the process.

100% Cancellation Fees in Less Than 4 Hours Before the Boarding Point Departure Time

50% Cancellation Fees for Departures Between 4 and 12 Hours from the Boarding Point

20% Cancellation Fees within 12 to 24 hours of the departure time from the boarding point

15% Cancellation Fees for Cancellations Made 1 to 30 Days Ahead of Boarding Point Departure Time

Terms and Condition

  • If a trip is canceled owing to a mechanical issue or for any other cause outside of the management’s control, the company will not be held responsible. However, if no other arrangements are made, a proportionate refund of the fare will be permitted.
  • Items that are explosive or contraband are not permitted. It is definitely forbidden to smoke or drink alcohol inside the carriage.
  • The courts of KUNDAPURA alone have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters.
  • Your luggage and baggage are not the responsibility of management.
  • Both passengers and coaches are insured. Such contingencies are covered by the insurance in the event of accidents and subsequent injury, death, or other damages.
  • The provision of a window seat is not guaranteed, and the business has the right to reposition the ladies’ seat next to another ladies’ seat.
  • Changes to the customer’s name or the traveler’s origin or destination are not allowed.
  • There is no reimbursement for the processing cost. Kindly see our ‘Modify Contract’ tab for information on cancellation fees. If you cancel the “Round trip” agreement, you can only receive a coupon refund.
  • Any person who bothers other passengers may have to get off the coach.
  • Please bring the contract printout with you when you board.
  • Only upon successful payment (subject to ticket availability) will seats be confirmed.
  • The total will be expressed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • For any reason beyond of our control, the company is not liable if the booking confirmation SMS or email is not received.
