Step 3: Enter the PNR Number.
- Enter the PNR Number.
- Then finally click on Track. See your Bus PNR Status and Live Location.

- For any correspondence with Sangitam Travels, use your PNR number. The status of your ticket is confirmed by your PNR number.
- When checking in, bring an e-ticket printout with you and present it to the bus counter.
- Bring a photo ID with you; you’ll need it to prove your identity while checking in.
- By using this website’s online booking feature, the user gives permission for the website to contact him or her by phone, email, or SMS. Customers’ contact information is kept private and is never disclosed to third parties.
- It is required of passengers to arrive at the boarding point no less than fifteen minutes before the planned departure time. Late arrivals will be referred to be NO-SHOW passengers, who will not be allowed to board and will not be eligible for a refund of the ticket price. Sangitam Travels maintains the authority to refuse boarding to individuals who are intoxicated, exhibit inappropriate behavior, are seriously ill, or are stretcher-borne, all of which may make Sangitam Travels judge a trip unsafe.
- In order to board the aircraft and be eligible for a refund, the passenger must provide a valid e-ticket and a valid photo identity card issued by a government agency for at least one member of the group.
- Items that are illegal under the law, including as weapons, explosives, firearms, ammunition, drugs, alcohol, and smuggled products, should not be carried by passengers. A passenger may only have 15 kg of luggage total; any more luggage will be subject to fees set by Sangitam Travels. Sangitam Travels disclaims all liability in the event that passenger luggage is misplaced or damaged. Any excess baggage that travelers bring may be prohibited by Sangitam Travels. It is strongly advised by Sangitam Travels that you take out of your luggage any valuables (jewellery, cash, gadgets, cameras, perishables, etc.) and medications.
