Under these horrifying conditions, Mr. Bose happened to pay a visit to the sacred lace Shirdi.   • The times indicated on the ticket for both arrival and departure are merely estimates. Buses may experience unavoidable delays because of things like road congestion, but they won’t depart the source before the time specified on the ticket.
  • It is suggested that passengers arrive at the boarding point AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR to the planned departure time.
  • When board the bus, passengers must provide the following information. They could not be permitted to board the bus if they fail to do so.
  • A duplicate of the ticket (a). (Either the ticket printout OR the ticket email printout.)
  • (b) Identity verification. (Voter ID card, PAN card, passport, student ID card, company ID card, OR driving license).
  • SVR Tours & Travels will not assume responsibility for picking up customers at their locations unless it is specifically stated on the ticket. The guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure at the specified office or boarding point.
  • ANY loss of the passengers’ belongings or property, as well as accidents, are not the company’s fault.
  • The company disclaims all liability for any delays or inconveniences resulting from vehicle breakdowns or other uncontrollable circumstances during the route.
