MAX Return, Refund & Exchange policy

INTRODUCTION

In 2004, Max Fashion opened their first location in Abu Dhabi, in the Middle East. The brand debuted in India in 2006, opening its first location in Indore. As of right now, Max is the biggest fashion brand in India, South East Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East.

The Landmark Group, a UAE-based fashion company, is the parent company of Max Fashion, also just Max. May 2004 saw the initial debut of the brand. Centerpoint, Babyshop, Splash, Shoe Mart, Lifestyle, Iconic, Max, Shoexpress, Home Center, Home Box, and Emax are just a few of the retail brands owned by Landmark Group.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We acknowledge that on rare occasions, you might want to exchange or return your goods. We will be pleased to assist you in the procedure.

We Reject the Product:

  • Swimwear, socks, underwear, and lingerie.
  • Toiletries, skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, and beauty items.
  • Purses, designer jewellery, watches, and sunglasses.

Within 15 days of delivery, kindly return or exchange your things in their original packing. Verify again that the tags, add-ons, freebies, and warranty cards that were included with your order have all been included. Please confirm that the item is unused and unwashed.

Right now, the only product exchanges we accept are for size (same or different size of the same product).

Any style can be exchanged up to two times using the exchange service. By submitting separate exchange requests for each item in the same order, you can trade multiple of them.

As soon as we get the return request, we will schedule a pickup for 3 business days later.

RETURNĀ ONLINE

Navigate to My Account’s Order History, choose the items you wish to return, and submit a return request.

Your products should be packaged, sealed, and given to our courier partner along with the invoice. You will receive an acknowledgement receipt from them.

Within two to seven business days, we will review your returns and apply your refund to your card, bank account, or wallet. In the event that you made a cash payment, your account will be credited with a refund.

RETURN TO STORE

Bring your products and invoice to any Max shop, where a member of the authorized staff will take your shipment. Please make sure the tags are still on your merchandise.

We’ll start the refund process once we’ve examined the product or products. You can request a cash refund or a return to your Max Mycredit account if you made your payment in cash.

You will receive the refund to your original account or wallet if you paid using a card or wallet.

REFUND POLICY

ONLINE REFUND:

Your bank account or My Credit will get the reimbursement. You will be presented with a choice between your bank account and your credit card after clicking the return option on the app.

If you choose My Credit as your refund route, you will get your money back in 48 hours. You will be prompted to enter your bank information if you choose Bank account. Please double-check and input the accurate bank information. You should get your return in 5 to 7 days, according to banking standards.

REFUND TO STORE:

gives you the option of receiving a cash refund or, if you paid with cash, a return to your My Credit account.

Refunds for your My Credit can be accessed in your account’s My Credit section and applied to any Landmark online store.

Go to the store that’s Nearest:

Bring your products to any Max store with your invoice, wrapped, with the tags still intact, and an authorized staff member will take your package.

Get your money Refund:

We’ll handle your refund once we’ve inspected your merchandise. You can request a cash refund or a return to your Max My Credit account if you made your payment in cash. You can get your money back on the card or wallet you used to make the payment.
