REFUND POLICY

When a customer cancels their bus ticket at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time, the program offers a 100% return of the fare.

The customer’s original payment method for the ticket purchase will be utilized to process the refund.

The assurance of a refund only covers the cost of the bus ticket. Add-ons and supplementary purchases are examples of additional costs that are not refundable.

Refund Process:

The Company will handle your refund in 7–14 business days after you successfully cancel.
The entire amount of the bus ticket fare will be used to compute the refund.

The original payment method used for the purchase will be used to provide the refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers must start the cancellation procedure via the Company’s platform or by getting in touch with Customer Support in order to cancel a ticket and get a refund.

The bus must be cancelled at least four hours prior to its scheduled departure time.

Exclusions:

Only cancellations made at least four hours prior to the planned departure time are covered by the return guarantee.

Additional costs, such as add-ons, peripheral purchases, convenience fees, and service charges, are not covered by the return guarantee.

Rescheduled tickets are not covered by the refund guarantee.

Refund guarantees do not apply to tickets bought through agents or third-party sites.

TRAIN REFUND POLICY

The service fees paid to redBus are not refundable.

Cancellations of reservations can only be made via the website or app. Cancellations made offline are not accepted.

Reservations made on redBus are subject to the Indian Railways/IRCTC cancellation policy and fees. The price could change based on the booking quota (tatkal, general, ladies, etc.) and the cancellation deadline.

Following chart preparation, railways automatically cancel all fully waitlisted e-tickets. After deducting redBus’s fees, the reimbursement in these situations is automatically paid to the bank account you used to purchase the tickets.

Trains may give elderly, female, and child passengers extra breaks or concessions. RedBus does not determine the scope or magnitude of the concession. Customers are urged to review the most recent railway policies to see if any savings are available.
