Lifestyle offers an enormous assortment of fantastic products from hundreds of top domestic and worldwide companies. Under one roof, Lifestyle, a division of the Dubai-based retail and hospitality conglomerate Landmark Group, provides a wide range of products including clothing, shoes, purses, cosmetic products, and accessories for men, women, and children.

RETURN POLICY:

We acknowledge that on rare occasions, you might want to return your goods. We will be pleased to assist you in the procedure.

We reject:
• Socks, swimsuits, underwear, and lingerie.
• Fragrances, toiletries, skincare, makeup, and beauty items.
• Handbags, stylish jewellery, watches, and sunglasses.

Within seven days of delivery, kindly return your things in their original packing. Verify again that you have all of the tags, add-ons, freebies, and warranty cards that were included with your order.

As long as you do so before it is processed, you can cancel your entire online order at LifestyleStores.com or just a portion of it.

You can wait for it to arrive and then deny delivery if it has already been shipped.

Note that you have the option to return any items you purchased during a deal.
After we’ve completed processing your order cancellation, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account, or wallet.

Return to Online:

  1. Request your return:
    Navigate to My Account’s Order History, choose the items you wish to return, and submit a return request.
  2. Package your products:
    Make sure all of the tags are still on your products and wrap and seal them in their original packaging.
  3. Give your return:
    It can take 1-3 business days for our courier partner to pick it up. When they do, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt from them.
  4. Get your money back:
    After reviewing your returns, we’ll credit your card, bank account, wallet, or PayPal account with the refund. If you paid with cash, you have the choice of using My Credit or a transfer to your bank account.

Return to Store:

  1. Complete the return slip:
    You will receive an email with this following the delivery of your purchases.
  2. Go to the store that is nearest to you:
    Bring your items to any Lifestyle shop in their original packaging, together with your invoice and return slip.
  3. Give your return:
    Your parcel will be taken by an authorized staff member, who will also provide you an acknowledgement receipt.
  4. Get your money back:
    Depending on the payment method you used, you will either get your money back in cash or as a credit to your card, bank account, wallet, or PayPal account. Another option is My Credit.

Return to Call Pick Up:

  1. Request a pickup:
    Contact us at 1800-123-1555 to arrange a time and place for pick-up. Make care to complete the return slip initially.
  2. Package your goods:
    Make sure all of the tags are still on your products and wrap and seal them in their original packaging.
  3. Give your Return:
    It can take 1-3 business days for our courier partner to pick it up. When they do, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt from them.
  4. Get your money back:
    After reviewing your returns, we’ll credit your refund within two to seven days to your card, bank account, wallet, or PayPal account. If you paid with cash, you have the choice of using My Credit or a transfer to your bank account.

Here’s how it Works if you send on Online Return Request to Return Your Products:

It will require 4 to 5 business days for us to receive your products and inspect them.

It will take two business days for us to start processing the refund.

It could take an additional two to seven business days for your bank or card to process the transaction.

Return or cancel a portion of your order:

In these situations, when we process a refund, we take into account the relative value of the Refund voucher (or Landmark Rewards points, if you’ve bought there) to the overall product value of all the products in the order. If you would like to return or cancel a portion of your order, we will give you a new voucher for the same amount or, if you’re a registered user, a reimbursement to your My Credit account for the amount of the voucher. The remaining sum will be reimbursed to your bank account, wallet, debit card, or credit card, whichever is applicable.

Consider, for example purposes, an order for three products totaling Rs. 500 apiece, or Rs. 1500. A refund certificate or 300 Landmark Rewards points were used to cover part of the order’s cost; the remaining balance was paid with any online payment method, including debit or credit cards, net banking, and wallets. A fresh Refund voucher (or My Credit balance if you’re a registered user) for Rs. 100 will be issued to you if you return one product. This amount is equal to the Refund voucher or Landmark Rewards points based on the order value, and the remaining Rs. 400 will be credited back to your wallet, bank account, debit card, or credit card.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We will replace any goods you choose to exchange for a different size of the same item that you bought on lifestylestores.com within the allotted return/exchange time. For now, there is no charge for this service.
  • Exchanges are carried out based on stock availability at the time of dispatch. Should the selected size not be available, the request will be turned into a return order and the money will be reimbursed in accordance with the regular terms.
  • We do not provide product exchanges for other products (or different styles or colors).
  • Products that are not returnable cannot be swapped.
  • Exchange services are only offered in a few pincodes.
  • Exchanges of Items are limited to one at a time. A separate exchange request must be made for each product in an order if more than one needs to be exchanged.
  • If a customer violates this policy in any way, as decided solely by LOIPL, LOIPL reserves the right to restrict exchange facilities.
