You are not liable to Ekartzon for any delivery delays. Make sure you return the items to us via a reputable courier service. Please send us the shipment details by email at all times.
Please Note: In order to be eligible for a refund, the boxes must be packed. Returns and refunds are not accepted for tampered or opened boxes.

It is imperative that you make sure the merchandise is not harmed in transit. No money will be returned or paid for damaged boxes.

When returning the item, don’t forget to include your full billing address, name, and phone number as stated on the label. To return a product, it must be in its original packaging with the label still attached.

Conditions of Acceptance for Returns

Only products that are returned unopened will be accepted by Ekartzon.

Products that are returned with an open seal, evidence of incorrect handling, broken or torn-out packaging, missing labels, or instructions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the original purchaser. The goods must be sent back in its original packaging.

Inflatables are not covered by warranties or guarantees, and they are not returnable or refundable. Please contact one of our customer service representatives if you have any more questions in this area.

When the customer returns the items to Ekartzon, they can receive their warranty. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Goods that are harmed in transit or that are packaged incorrectly are not returnable or eligible for a refund.

It’s critical that customers notify Ekartzon and customer care representatives of any damage to products that are delivered damaged. You must send a thorough email with the cargo details.

After the refund is approved, it may take up to 45 working days to process the refund. The reimbursement will be communicated to the consumer through email.

Customers may choose to cancel an order after it has been placed, but they will be responsible for a 15% shipping fee.

Products that are defective can be replaced, however consumers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the replacement item. In order for them to receive an exchange, they must also return the damaged goods to Ekartzon.

Orders that have already been shipped and delivered to clients cannot be cancelled by Ekartzon.

It retains the right, in the situations specified in the Return Policy, to refuse any consumer a refund or a product exchange.

Please Note: Due to unavailability or difficulty in shipping, Ekartzon may be forced to cancel some orders. For whatever reason, Ekartzon retains the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order.

Ekartzon maintains the right to cancel purchases in the event that there are restrictions on the number of products that can be purchased, that there are mistakes or inconsistencies in the product or pricing information, or that our credit and fraud avoidance department finds issues.

Ekartzon will contact clients who may experience any of the aforementioned issues. If the specified amount has been taken from a credit card, it will be reimbursed.

At the time of delivery, Ekartzon retains the right to request identification from the client.

The order may be cancelled if the required information is not provided. If a customer is completing an online transaction and wants to purchase any gifts, they must present identification.

Refund Policy

Should the Buyer express dissatisfaction with any goods acquired from EKARTZON, Alternatively, you can email or call us within 7 days of the purchase if you would like to return or replace any item. A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be given, or the exchange items will be shipped subject to an additional carriage charge.

Products that are defective or damaged must be returned to our Returns Department together with a note explaining the situation and proof of purchase.

Kindly send back goods in their original packaging.

A reimbursement will be issued for the amount within 7 business days of EKARTZON receiving the merchandise.

The Buyer is responsible for making sure the Goods are maintained safe and secure while they are in their possession.
