Every product we create is based on your athletic adventure. Since quality is the foundation of all we do, we provide a 30-day return policy on your purchase. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations in terms of size, quality, etc., you may return it to us as long as the requirements listed below are met.

The product is returned within 30 days of the delivery date, however after that time, the warranty is still in effect according to Sport.
The Products listed below cannot be returned:

Members can return items for a longer length of time under Decathlon’s return policy in other countries, such Canada. Decathlon members get a 365-day period for exchanges and returns, whereas non-members only have 30 days, if the goods are in like-new condition and satisfy the return requirements. But goods that are consumable, perishable, personalized, or not fit for resale are not included. Furthermore, returns for online purchases can be handled in-store or via mail, albeit mail returns may incur additional costs.
Decathlon Exchange Policy
Decathlon’s exchange policy provides a reputable and efficient means for customers to return or exchange their products. With a few exceptions, the policy applies to both in-person and online purchases, including sale merchandise. For non-members, products can be returned or exchanged for a refund within 30 days of purchase; for members, this window is extended to 365 days. The item needs to be brand-new, with all original tags still attached, and in its original packing in order to qualify.
It’s crucial to remember that refunds are given using the original payment method, and exchanges are only available in-store. Certain products are not returnable, including gift cards, clearance and final sale items, safety and lifesaving gear, and clearance items. This policy upholds Decathlon’s dedication to customer satisfaction by guaranteeing a clear and equitable process for customers.

Decathlon Return Policy
The return policy listed below is exclusive to Decathlon America purchases; it does not apply to purchases made in other Decathlon nations.
Return Your Products Within 90 Days
Everything that we create and market is backed by us. Within 90 days of purchase, you can return it HERE for an exchange or refund if you’ve changed your mind, need a different size, or the product did not live up to your expectations. However, there are a few exclusions that are listed below.
Anything you decide to exchange or return must:
- have been acquired less than 90 days ago via Decathlon.com
- be unopened, undamaged, and come with all tags
- remain in the original packaging
Policy exceptions for returns:
- Equipment for safety and lifesaving cannot be returned. A few examples of safety gear are helmets, life jackets, climbing gear, and COVID masks.
- Final sale and clearance merchandise cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted for gift cards.
Store purchases Products Return
Online returns for in-store purchases are not accepted. All Decathlon locations in India provide a 30-day exchange and refund policy. Please bring the product to your closest Decathlon shop so the store staff can check it. The store representative will make a credit note request after verification, which must be used within 24 hours.
