Adidas Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

INTRODUCTION

Adidas is a German athletic apparel and footwear corporation headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. After Nike, it is the second-biggest sportswear manufacturer worldwide and the biggest in Europe.


Adolf Dassler founded the business in his mother’s home. Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik (“Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory”) was the name given to him when his older brother Rudolf joined him in 1924. Dassler contributed to the creation of spiked running shoes, or spikes, for a variety of sports. After the brothers’ relationship broke down in 1949, Adolf founded Adidas to improve the quality of spiked sporting footwear, while Rudolf founded Puma, which eventually became Adidas’s commercial adversary.

RETURN POLICY

Only Products Returned within 14 days after Purchase and in their Original Packaging will be Accepted for Return.
There won’t be any Shipping Fees Associated with your Return.

Returns Online

Within 72 hours of your request, we will set up a return pick-up for your item, and the courier will pick it up. It can take 2 to 7 business days for the product to return to our order processing center.

Any item that is being returned needs to be unused, in its original packing, with all tags still on, and not tampered with or broken.

Please package the item in its original packing; if possible, please place the box in additional protective packaging to prevent damage during shipment.

Depending on where you bought your merchandise, there are several return procedures. Only products bought from the adidas online store may be sent back to us. Items purchased from retailers ought to be returned there.

For purposes of health protection, this product is not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Made a mistake in size order
  • Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exchange your item for a different size at no cost to you.

WAYS TO TURN IN AN ITEM

  • Start an exchange by selecting your ordered items on the website, or use the app and follow the prompts.
  • The carrier will pick up the item(s) at the original delivery address in 4-5 business days.
  • Within two business days, the warehouse will inspect the returned item.
  • The warehouse will mail the replacement item back to the customer in 4-5 business days when the quality inspection is completed.

REFUND POLICY

When will the returned order be refunded:

Debit/credit card: up to 14 working days

COD: You will get an email and text message with a PayU link in three business days. Please provide your bank account information or UPI information. Once the information is received, the refund will be handled in five days.

Your bank must still process the reimbursement even after we authorize it.

The same payment method you used to purchase the item will be used to process your refund.

We’ll pay you back starting on the day we either receive your online order back at our warehouse.

we learn from you that you’ve decided to withdraw from the purchase agreement. If, during those 14 days, (a) you give us proof that you returned your online order, or (b) we receive your online order back at our warehouse, we’ll reimburse you.
