RETURNS POLICY

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

You have to handle the return by the deadline specified:

  • When purchasing online, you have 30 days starting on the day your order ships.
  • If you purchase something in person, you have 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items need to be complete with full labels and in original condition.
  • The market or area in which you made the purchase must be the location of the return.
  • Recall that we will specify the deadline for returns in the specifics of your order.
  • We provide you one month starting on the date of the order confirmation to return the merchandise.

Only the price you paid for the products will be repaid if you return them within the contractually stipulated right of withdrawal. Delivery fees are not refundable. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the items, including home pickup via a messenger or courier that we arrange, unless you turn them over in a ZARA store in India. It is expressly prohibited to return the timepieces at a ZARA shop; instead, you may only return them by home pickup by courier that we arrange.

You must deliver a printout of the E-ticket that was attached to the Delivery Confirmation along with the product in the event that the goods are not returned in an Indian ZARA store or by a messenger or courier that we arrange for. This E-ticket is also saved under your account on our website and mobile app. Products that (i) we suspect are being returned after use or (ii) are damaged (except from cases in which the return is due to defective items that were provided to you) may not be accepted back. After one month from the day you received the order confirmation, the withdrawal period will end.

RETURNS TO A ZARA STORE

  • At any of our Zara stores, returns are accepted for free.
  • For both online and in-store purchases, there is an in-store return option. Just supply
  • your purchase receipt together with the products you wish to return.
  • To locate the Zara store closest to you, use our store locator.
  • Keep in mind that someone else can do the return if you are unable to visit the store.

Returns at any ZARA store

You may return any product to any ZARA store in the nation where your product was delivered that has the same section as the product you wish to return (watches, however, can only be returned through home pickup via courier arranged by us). In such a scenario, you must visit the store within a month of the Order Confirmation date and show the product along with the digital copy of the E-ticket you received, or you may bring a printout of the E-ticket that was sent with the Delivery Confirmation—which is also saved under your account on our website and mobile app.

Returns via Courier

To arrange for the product to be picked up at your house when returning the item(s) via courier that we organized, please get in touch with us via our website or by phone at 1800 570 1020. The goods must be returned in its original packing, and you must adhere to the instructions found in this website’s “RETURNS” section. If you purchased any items while visiting, you can call 1800 570 1020 to arrange for a courier return of your purchases.

Within one month of the date of the order confirmation, we kindly request that you return the item. In this scenario, you will also need to provide a printout of the E-ticket that was linked to the Delivery Confirmation, which is maintained under your account on our website and mobile app, together with the merchandise. We will let you know whether you have the right to get your money back after reviewing the content. The refund will be sent as quickly as feasible and, in all circumstances, within 30 days of the day you informed us of your decision to cancel, minus delivery or home collection fees.

HOUSE COLLECTION

  • We provide you with the choice to use our home collection service to return your purchases. The amount of ₹ 100 that is required for the return request will be subtracted from your refund.
  • The Returns section of your account is where you can request a return if you made your purchase as a registered user.
  • You can request a guest purchase if you have made one by clicking on the link in any email we have sent you regarding your order.
  • Within 24 to 48 hours of your request for a return, a carrier will come pick up your shipment at the address of your choosing.
  • The courier will bring a return label, so you won’t need to print one.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchange needs to be managed by you before the specified deadline:

  • Visit a physical store to shop: 30 days have passed since the purchase date.

  • The market or area where you made the purchase must be the same for the exchange to take place.

EXCHANGES AT A ZARA STORE

  • Online purchases do not have the exchange option that is provided in-store at Zara.
  • Please be aware that you can always make a new purchase and return your order before the deadline.
  • On the other hand, you can swap products for a different outfit, size, or color if you make purchases in a store.
  • Recall that you need to present your Zara QR code or the purchase receipt in order to conduct an exchange.

REFUND POLICY

REFUND OF AN IN-STORE PURCHASE

  • The payment method used for the original transaction will be refunded if you have returned an item that you bought in-store.
  • If your initial payment method isn’t eligible for a refund, our store staff will let you know about other options.

REFUND FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE

  • In the event that you return an online purchase, you will be refunded using the original payment method you used.
  • Refunds for orders paid for with cash on delivery will be issued by bank transfer as soon as payment confirmation is obtained.
  • You can also ask for your refund in person at any of our locations if you would prefer to get it in cash. Please be aware that it usually takes at least five business days to receive the payment confirmation.
  • Please be aware that all refunds for this item will only be issued via bank transfer if you provide your bank information when submitting a return request.
  • We will handle your return, if you sent it via carrier, within 24 or 48 hours of it arriving at our premises.
  • We will send you an email with confirmation as soon as the return has been completed.
  • Please be aware that, depending on your bank, you may get the money after the return has been completed in as little as 14 days.
  • Please use this confirmation to send it to your bank so they can help you expedite the process if more than 14 days have gone and the refund is still not in your account.
  • The return shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund if you used our home collection service to send the items back to us.
