Hans Travels PNR Status

Step 1: Open the Hans Travels website – https://www.hanstravel.in/

You will see the Home page of Hans Travels website.

  • From the search results, you can enter the start (From) and destination (To) areas, then select the Journey date & Return date.
  • Click on the search buses
  • You can see various buses, then select your convenient bus with time and services.  

Step 2: Select ‘Manage Booking’ Option

  • You can see varies option on top of the home page. 
  • Then you select ‘Manage Booking’.
  • It will display view booking, Edit booking & Phone booking
  • From the search result, You can tap on view booking

Step 3: Enter your Ticket Number.

  • It shows enter your PNR number in the form of below
  • Make sure you typed the proper Ticket number by checking again.
  • Click on ‘View Booking’, then verify your Bus PNR Status.

Tips

  • Always double-check the PNR number before clicking on ‘Submit’.
  • Enter the correct given PNR number.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any interruptions during the process.

  • Before boarding, please ensure that the following documents are carried.
  • Travel ticket (two copies; we keep one copy)
  • Photo Identity Card (One Copy, Licensed by the Government)
  • Thirty minutes before to the planned departure, reporting is expected.
  • The times of arrival and departure indicated on the ticket are approximate and could alter as a result of unanticipated circumstances. The time specified on the ticket will not be earlier than when the coach departs the source.
  • Only upon receipt of a successful payment will seats be confirmed. (Subject to the availability of seats).
  • The seat numbers are subject to change at the discretion of management.
  • The ticket is not refundable or transferable.
  • Only female passengers will have their co-seats confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Phone cancellations are not accepted.
  • In a day: No refund
  • 24–48 hours: 10% off
  • The amount of canceled tickets is returned to the original source, which could be your debit, credit, net banking, cash card, or mobile payment account. The value of the canceled ticket is refunded by the relevant bank in accordance with the bank’s terms and conditions. However, you can get in touch with our head office if you need any help with repayments.
