Step 1: Open the Goibibo website –  https://www.goibibo.com/

Before moving on to the next step, confirm that you are on the homepage.

  • Save the Goibibo website to your favorites for future convenience.
  • In order to prevent any problems throughout the process, make sure your internet connection is steady.

Step 2: Select ‘Buses’ Option

  • You can see varies option on top of the home page. 
  • Then you select ‘Buses’.
  • To make a bus reservation, go to the bus area of the Goibibo website.
  • Enter the necessary information, including your destination and preferred departure date, as well as your city of origin.
  • You will be redirected to the Goibibo portal’s next page, where you may view all of the bus operators that are available.
  • You may now refine your search results by boarding and dropping locations, bus type, bus operator, bus schedules, and much more.
  • Choose your preferred seat after choosing the bus.

Step 3: Enter your PNR number & Click on ‘CHECK STATUS’.

  • You can select the ‘Check PNR Status’.
  • Put your PNR number in the space designated for it.
  • Make sure you typed the proper PNR number by checking again.
  • Click on ‘CHECK STATUS’, then verify your Bus PNR Status.

In addition, Goibibo does not represent any bus operator on behalf of itself when delivering the aforementioned technology platform services.
  • The bus operator’s updated or provided information regarding seat availability is the only basis on which Goibibo bases its bus ticket booking voucher for a user.
  • Goibibo has no control over the information provided by the individual bus operator on the amenities, services, routes, rates, schedule, bus type, seat availability, or any other facts relating to the bus service.
  • The prompt departure or arrival of the bus; The behavior of the employees, agents, or representatives of the bus operator; The bus’s condition, including the seats, not meeting the customer’s expectations or matching the description given by the bus operator;
  • cancellation of the vacation for whatever cause;
  • Customer baggage loss or damage; Bus operator switching a passenger’s seat for any reason at all;
