General Returns Policy

  • If you receive any applicable products that are defective, missing components or accessories, physically damaged, or not what was described on the product detail page on, you can return them within the applicable return window.
  • We may help arrange for a professional to visit your home if you report a problem with your smartphone, tablet, laptop, television, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, or microwave. By using Home Services to place an order, you can arrange for this visit. A resolution based on the technician’s evaluation report will be given, subject to the terms and conditions of Home Services.
  • Returns will only be accepted in the following scenarios: the product must be returned in original condition (with the manufacturer’s or brand’s box, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories still in place), not have been damaged while in your possession, and not differ from what was shipped to you.
  • Please make sure that you have erased any personally identifiable information from any electronic device you want to return before doing so. Should such information be misused or put to other uses, Amazon will not be held responsible in any way.
  • Certain products may not be returnable, such as items that are the result of customer error (e.g., the wrong model or colour was ordered) or product error.
  • It is not possible to return items that are designated as “non-returnable” on the product detail page. If, however, an item is sent to you that is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item, we will offer a complete refund or replacement, as appropriate.   • A returnable order can be made without any extra information, unless the category-specific policy specifies otherwise.
  • Only when the exact same item is stocked by the same seller are products eligible for replacement.

Conditions for Free Replacement

Items that are in stock with the same seller and fall within the return window will be replaced for free. After the original order is returned, a free replacement order will be issued using normal delivery. Requests for free replacements are accepted provided the following criteria are met:

The items you receive may be physically damaged, missing parts or accessories, mismatched from what was advertised on the product detail page on, or faulty or malfunctioning.

Take note:
For an item that has already been returned and replaced, a free replacement cannot be made.

You can attempt contacting the manufacturer for support if any components or accessories are missing from the unit. Manufacturer contact details are typically located in the paperwork that comes with the item or on the packaging of the item.

You can always return an item for a refund if it isn’t qualified for a free replacement for any reason.

Should your product be “Seller-Fulfilled,” Only when the product is offered by the same vendor may a replacement be made. To seek a refund, please select “Contact Seller” from “Your Orders” if the product is not available from the same seller.

Following the Steps to return an item by Amazon:

Step 1:  Select Returns & Orders from the main menu bar.

Step 3: From the list “What is the issue with the item?” choose the appropriate cause for

            return, then fill in the comments section with more details.

Step 4: You might occasionally be prompted to submit pictures of the product.

Step 5: The same return request can have extra things added to it.

Step 6: Select “Continue.”

Step 7: Select the refund option from the “How can we make it right” menu. Press the

           “continue” button.

Step 8: Decide on the address, time, and day of pickup. That’s all, we have scheduled your

            return. Press “Confirm.”

Refunded funds be credited:

The time frame for your refund will vary depending on the method you select. Refunds can be deposited into your bank account, your Amazon Pay Balance, or the original payment method.

You have the option to either the original payment method or an Amazon Pay Balance refund if you selected “Pay on delivery” when placing your transaction.
Your Amazon Pay-Balance Account will be credited with the refund for Amazon Pay Balance.
Please make sure to include the details of your bank account where you want the refund to be deposited if you want a bank account refund. Within five business days after the refund commencement date, the refund should be credited to your bank account and processed by NEFT or IMPS.

Step 2: To return an order, click on it.
Step 3: Choose the option to return or replace the items.
Step 4: ‘Refund to your bank account’ should be chosen.
Step 5: Click on “Select a bank account.”
Step 6: Choose ‘Add a new bank account’ and input the information for your bank account.
