Pantaloons Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

INTRODUCTION

Founded in 1988, Madura Garments was purchased by the Aditya Birla Group in 1999, and in 2010 it changed its name to Madura Fashion & Lifestyle.

Under the terms of the deal, the apparel businesses of Aditya Birla Nuvo, the group holding company, and Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail, another group subsidiary, would merge into Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd (PFRL), a listed company. Madura is the owner and retailer of labels like Peter England, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, and Louis Philippe.

Aditya Birla Nuvo purchased significant shares in Pantaloons in 2012. Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (ABFRL) was the new name for Pantaloons in 2015.

RETURNS POLICY

Customers can swap their ordered things at Pantaloons if there are sizing or fitment concerns, but only in those cases. The trade is free of further cost.

To begin an online exchange, sign in to your pantaloons.com account, go to the “My Orders” area, choose your online order, and then click “Exchange.”

Within 30 days of delivery, you can initiate a return if your product is defective in any way. Within 90 days after delivery, Pantaloons Greencard customers are eligible for returns and exchanges. The reimbursement will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of the item being successfully picked up.

You can navigate to My Account > My Orders > Return to start the process of having your order or item picked up. After the order is delivered, you have 30 days to schedule a pick-up. Alternatively, if you need any assistance, give us a call at 1800-103-7527.

It is not possible to return items bought on pantaloons.com to any store. We’re developing this feature. Please start the returns exclusively online until then.

Store returns are accepted for merchandise that was purchased there. If there is a problem, we will be pleased to exchange the item or give you a credit voucher that you may use to make more purchases at Pantaloons locations.

Because hygiene is an issue, we are unable to accept returns for these kinds of intimate products. If, however, the color, pattern, or design of the goods differs from what you ordered, please send an email to customercare@abfrl.adityabirla.com or give us a call at 18001037527. You should also include photographs in your correspondence.

Returns are not permitted if the conditions listed below:

  • Returns must be started within 30 days of the delivery date, and for Greencard customers, within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • The ordered item(s) must not be used or harmed.
  • The item tags ought to remain attached and not be taken off.
  • For hygienic reasons, essential product categories like masks and underwear are not returnable.

REFUND POLICY

Pantaloons offers refunds in two formats:

Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Net Banking: Refunds for orders made using any of these payment methods will be issued via a payment gateway and credited back to the originating account, card, or wallet. Within 24 to 48 hours of the items being picked up by our logistics supplier, the refunds will be started. Refunds usually take three to five days to appear in your account; this depends entirely on your bank. Customers using Greencards who return a purchase after 30 days will receive a refund in the form of Pantaloons Credits. In order to receive refunds in their original bank account, we advise consumers to submit orders using UPI, Net banking, debit cards, or credit cards.

For orders made with any other payment method: The refund amount will be credited to your Pantaloons Credits account if you used Cash on Delivery (COD), Greencard points, e-Gift vouchers, or Pantaloons Credits. Refunds are usually processed in a day or two.

Please be aware that shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be included in the refund amount.

Once the item is picked up by our logistics supplier, refunds will begin. After a successful pick-up, the refund will be started within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on the bank used for payment, the real credit in your source account for prepaid orders may take three to five business days. Within 24 to 48 hours of a successful pick-up, the refund amount for orders made using Cash on Delivery, Greencard points, e-Gift vouchers, or Pantaloons Credits will be reimbursed to your Pantaloons Credits account.

If you select the selfship option, your refund will start as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality control.

Because cleanliness is a concern, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for personal care product categories.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Following the creation of the exchange request, the merchandise will be picked up from your door by our delivery partner. Pantaloons will ship the new product as soon as it is successfully picked up. Cities differ in terms of delivery times. For all metros and Tier 1 cities, it normally takes three to five days. Some cities in Tiers 2 and 3 can require up to 7 days. Some cities in J&K, Northeast India, etc. could require 7 to 10 days at the most.

For hygienic reasons, essential product categories like masks and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable. The “My Order” page will have an exchange button available for orders that fall under the exchange policy.

It may be placed on hold due to unanticipated events like broken exchanged item that Pantaloons received or delivery partners missing the products. Please contact Pantaloons customer service if you require assistance with any of these orders.

The product may be exchanged once. If you would like to exchange the product again, you can initiate a return. Your Pantaloons Credits account will be credited with the refund amount if you initiate a return after obtaining the exchanged item.

If the product you want to exchange is not available, you can place a new order based on your needs and initiate a return request for the item in question.
