Orange Travels PNR Status

Step 1: Open the Orangetravels website –  https://www.orangetravels.in

You will see the Home page of ORANGE TOUR AND TRAVELS website.

Step 2: Select ‘Track Bus’ Option

  • Scroll down the Home page.
  • You can see SERVICES  LINKS option. 
  • select the option ‘Track Bus’.

Step 3: Enter the PNR Number.

  • Enter the PNR Number.
  • Then finally click on Proceed. See your PNR Status.

 Tips

  • Always double-check the PNR number before clicking on ‘Submit’.
  • Enter the correct given PNR number.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any interruptions during the process.

Orange Tours & Travels

     In July 2011, Orange Tours & Travels was established in Hyderabad. On July 7, 2011, the first Mercedes-Benz service was launched from Bangalore to Hyderabad (Semi-Sleeper). And then, from Hyderabad, gradually expanded its operations to a number of southern Indian cities and towns, including Chennai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Coimbatore, Cochin, Madurai, Mangalore, Pondicherry, Vellore, Vishakapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, Vijayanagaram, Chirala, Eluru, Tuni, Yanam, Goa, Shiridi, Kolhapur, Thirupathi, Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, and many intra- and inter-state services between the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Goa, and Telangana

     In order to respond to and resolve any complaints or issues that clients may have, Orange Travels sets up Centralized Call Centers in Hyderabad and other States. These centers are staffed around-the-clock. Following the trip, each passenger provides feedback and complaints, which are then prioritized and compliance is also documented.

Terms and Condition

When checking in, bring an e-ticket printout with you and present it to the bus counter.

Bring a photo ID with you; you’ll need it to prove your identity while checking in.

It is required of passengers to arrive at the boarding point no less than fifteen minutes before the planned departure time. Passengers who do not report on time will be deemed as NO-SHOW passenger and will be denied boarding and Not eligible for any refund of the ticket fee anyhow.

Before the delayed service departs, the passenger must cancel or reschedule their ticket; otherwise, their ticket will become a NO-SHOW and they will not be eligible for a refund or a new date. Orange Tours and Travels disclaims all liability for any delays resulting from unforeseen events, such as traffic congestion.

Following the date of your trip, a partial cancellation refund will be provided.

Tickets may be canceled up to one minute before to the scheduled pick-up time.

Customers who select the extra benefit option during cancellation will receive their refund in their orange wallet; the money will not be credited to or transferred to their bank account.

A ticket has not been canceled once it has been rescheduled.

Children six years and older must purchase a full ticket.
