  • Save the Sea Bird Tourists website to your favorites for future convenience.
  • In order to prevent any problems throughout the process, make sure your internet connection is steady.

Step 2: Select ‘Manage Booking’ Option

  • You can see varies option on top of the home page. 
  • Then you select ‘Manage Booking’.

Step 3: Enter your Ticket Number & Mobile Number.

  • Put your Ticket number in the space designated for it.
  • Make sure you typed the proper Ticket number by checking again.
  • Enter your Registered Mobile Number.
  • Click on ‘Search’, then verify your Bus PNR Status.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Cancellation Fees If You Cancel Less Than 12 Hours Before the Station Departure Time
  • 50% Cancellation Fees within 12 to 24 hours of the station departure time
  • 20% Cancellation Fees for One to Two Days Prior to Station Departure Time
  • 10% Cancellation Fees in the two to thirty days prior to the station’s departure time

Terms and Condition

  1. It is totally forbidden to smoke or drink alcohol inside the coach.
  2. Items that are explosive or contraband are prohibited.
  3. If men are present, they should find a separate seat. The seat next to the ladies’ seat should be reserved for ladies only.
  4. Your luggage is not the management’s responsibility.
  5. Female passengers only may confirm their co-seats; male passengers will not be accommodated.
  6. It is not permitted to alter the customer’s name or the traveler’s origin or destination.
  7. If you visit our branch/agency counter at least one day before the planned departure time, you can modify the date or time of your reservation.
  8. Reservations may only be canceled 24 hours in advance for 20% of the trip date.
  9. On the day of the journey, the processing charge is not refundable.
  10. Cancellations for open or preponed/postponed tickets are not accepted.
  11. If a passenger bothers other passengers, they risk having to get off the carriage.
  12. There is no video service from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.
  13. The total will be expressed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  14. Tickets purchased yesterday are non-refundable.
  15. A cash coupon for the refund amount will be emailed to you.
  16. Tickets cannot be postponed earlier than six hours before departure.
