Return Policy
- Within 15 days of delivery, or in accordance with the product description, you may request a return.
- If your order was just delivered, please let the order status a day to update after delivery.
- The order page will display the return button after the order status has been updated.
- It usually takes us three to four business days to pick up your order. Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please get in touch with us if it has been longer.
Not Included
- Certain products, such as innerwear, cosmetics, and other items having hygiene issues, are not returnable.
- Boxers, underwear, nightgowns, premium mask, daily mask, surgical mask, hand sanitizer, thermometer, gloves, personal protective equipment, N 95 and N 90 masks, face shield, cosmetics, and fragrances
- Notebooks also not returnable
- Items offered for sale in a flash
Return process
- Click Return on the My Orders page to return an order.
- Bewakoof will schedule a pickup in two to three days.
- For the majority of our products, we accept returns within 15 days after the order’s delivery date; for additional information, please visit the Product Description Page.
- Please make sure the goods and its packaging are returned in the same state as when they were delivered
- There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
Self-ship Policy
You will have to ship the returned goods yourself using any reputable courier partner if your area pin code is unserviceable for collection.
Please make sure that each item in the package has a sheet of paper with the Order ID details on it. You will get your shipping fees back in full for any returns that you ship yourself. As a result, after the product is shipped, kindly make sure that we receive a scanned copy of the courier bill or receipt.
In order for processing to be successful, the courier bill or receipt needs to meet the following requirements:
- The weight of the returned package ought to be recorded.
- The shipping date, amount, destination address, residential or office address, and other information must be stated.
- It is NOT acceptable to change or overwrite the information on the receipt.
- It is important to double check with the courier firm that the sum indicated on the receipt for the courier service does not exceed the sender-destination-service combination.
- This depends on how well your returns are examined and handled after they arrive at our end
Self-ship Process
Your purchase can be self-shipped to the address below using any courier service. To obtain further information, please visit the My Orders tab and start a return on the order page.
Important Information
- Kindly indicate on the cover of the return package the order ID of every shipment
- Could you please write ‘SELF SHIP’ on the package cover
Exchange Policy
- Most orders may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery; for more information, see the product description page.
- Only products owned by Bewakoof and size-related issues are eligible for exchange.
You are only allowed to ask for one order exchange per request. - If necessary, you can return the product that was swapped.
- When the exchange order is delivered, the item to be exchanged will be picked up.
- Everything that is being exchanged needs to be in its original packaging and with all of the tags still on.
Refund Policy
A refund will be started within 48 hours of the product being picked up and passing quality control.
The following methods of processing the refund will be used:
- Orders that are paid in advance: In a span of seven to ten business days, the refund will be credited to the wallet or the original account from which the payment was made.
- Orders with cash on delivery: The refund will be deposited into the wallet right away or, if requested, transferred via NEFT to the specified bank account in 3-5 business days.
Subject to your returns passing the quality check, the refund will be started to the mode you have selected within 48 hours of the purchase being picked up.
Refunds will appear after initiation in accordance with the schedules listed below:
- The reimbursement to your wallet will be credited in a matter of minutes.
- Refunding NEFT will take three to five business days.
- The payment gateway refund procedure takes five to seven business days, excluding bank holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.
Refund of courier fees:
Your Bewakoof wallet will be refunded in the manner listed below:
- For shipments weighing up to 500 grams, courier fees of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed.
- There will be a further reimbursement of Rs. 100/-for courier fees for each subsequent 500gm slab.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders that are awaiting order confirmation can be canceled.
- Orders placed with a debit or credit card, UPI, or net banking will receive their refunds in 7โ10 business days.
- Orders paid for with Bewakoof wallet can be returned within one hour of the cancellation being made.
- An order that has been canceled cannot be reverted. It will be up to you to replace the order.
