In my mind, I am a craft goddess. Give me a hammer, two nails, some pretty paper, glue and glitter and I will create a masterpiece to rival anything Martha Stewart can make. In reality, I’d probably drive a nail into my finger, glue paper to my forehead and get glitter up my nose. Reality sometimes sucks. But still, I keep dreaming.
Ahhhh… l’amour. February means love is in the air. Or not. To be fair, I always say I have a Valentine, even if he is furry, has paws and might be a feline. Okay, he is a feline but he is still my Valentine! Max is not fussy, which makes him a great Valentine, but he also steals my credit card to buy me a gift since he’s a bum cat without a job. Yup, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. 🙂 Of course, whether your sweetheart is a feline or human, you can still give high-impact and low-cost homemade Valentine’s Day gifts without breaking your piggy bank (or stealing your sweetheart’s credit card).
